Ampicillin為青霉素的衍生物，可通過干擾細(xì)菌的細(xì)胞壁合成來殺死生長細(xì)胞。其抗性機(jī)制為抗性基因 (Bla)特異性表達(dá)外周質(zhì)酶—β-內(nèi)酰胺酶，該酶可切割抗生素的β-內(nèi)酰胺環(huán)。
工作濃度：嚴(yán)緊型質(zhì)粒為20 μg/ml；松弛型質(zhì)粒為60 μg/ml。
