本產(chǎn)品以甲基化的質(zhì)粒為模板，采用部分重疊引物 (均含突變點(diǎn)) 設(shè)計(jì)，使用2×TransStart? FastPfu Fly PCR SuperMix擴(kuò)增，擴(kuò)增產(chǎn)物用DMT限制性內(nèi)切酶消化甲基化質(zhì)粒模板后，轉(zhuǎn)化具有降解甲基化質(zhì)粒模板的感受態(tài)細(xì)胞。本產(chǎn)品具有突變效率高，操作簡(jiǎn)便的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
